Abraham Lincoln University is accredited by the Distance Education Accrediting Commission. The Accrediting Commission is listed by the U.S. Department of Education as a nationally recognized accrediting agency and is a recognized member of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.

The Accrediting Commission is a charter member of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), the leading non-governmental recognition for accrediting associations. A national advocate and institutional voice for self-regulation of academic quality through accreditation, CHEA is an association of 3,000 degree-granting colleges and universities and recognizes 60 institutional and programmatic accrediting organizations.

Criminal Justice Faculty Highlight

Professor Michael Prince

Michael Prince holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Phoenix. While stationed in Iraq, he taught Criminal Justice classes through Central Texas Community College to military members. In 2011 he started teaching at Abraham Lincoln University during the early phases of developing distance learning. While with Abraham Lincoln University he has taught various levels of Criminal Justice classes. In August 2019, he has orders to Newport Rhode Island as the Director of Mustang University. While in Rhode Island, he will attend the Naval War College for Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Phase I and National Security and Strategic Studies.
