Title: Program Director, Business Administration

ALU’s mission is to provide accessible, career-focused and lifelong learning opportunities to students at the undergraduate and graduate level. ALU aims to be a leader in online education for a global learning community, providing job opportunities for business administration graduates of all backgrounds.

The Accrediting Commission is a charter member of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), the leading non-governmental recognition for accrediting associations. A national advocate and institutional voice for self-regulation of academic quality through accreditation, CHEA is an association of 3,000 degree-granting colleges and universities and recognizes 60 institutional and programmatic accrediting organizations.

ALU's Faculty of Business Administration

Mr. Brent Jacobs

Mr. Jacobs is an experienced business professional having worked in banking and finance for over 15 years. His current role as the Branch Sales Manager for Michigan Credit Union utilizes his skills in leadership and mentoring, operations management, human resource management, training and development, sales and service, and compliance and regulatory change. Mr. Jacobs graduated from Baker College, a small business school in Michigan, in 2014 with a Doctorate of Business Administration degree. Before getting his doctorate he earned a master’s degree in strategic leadership and a Bachelor’s in management and human resources. Currently, Mr. Jacobs teaches a variety of Business courses at all degree levels for Abraham Lincoln University, helping our diverse student body earn their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, as well as degrees in the same discipline at the master's and doctorate levels, since 2013. Most recently he has been serving on dissertation committees for their online doctoral programs.
