[Foreign Students]

All new applicants whose native language is not English and who have not earned a degree from an institution where English is the principle language of instruction must present a minimum score of 550 on the paper based Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or 80 on Internet-based Test (TOEFL iBT).

For students who received their college degree or credentials from a country outside of the United States are required to have their official transcripts evaluated by a credential evaluation service approved by the State Bar of California. The most updated list of these services can be found on the State Bar of California's website, by clicking on the "Education" tab and then viewing the "Foreign Education" section.

The list of credential evaluation services is at the bottom of the webpage.
