For students seeking affordable law programs in California, Abraham Lincoln University offers competitive rates. For each year of legal studies at ALU, students pay $7,500 in base tuition plus fees. First-year students pay $7,700, which consists of $7,500 base tuition, a one-time registration fee $100 (which can be refunded if a student cancels a first-year enrollment agreement up to five days after signing the agreement) and an annual external academic resources fee (for access to legal resources via Westlaw and use of ExamSoft, a exam-taking program used by the State Bar of California for its examinations.
Students sign new enrollment agreements for each year of legal study. Before enrolling, students can discuss and arrange their legal study funding for no-interest tuition installment payment plans, where they would make down payments of a minimum of $1,700 at the beginning of the year, followed by regular monthly payments to pay off the rest of annual tuition. Students frequently pay off their legal coursework funding’s annual tuition as they are taking courses for that year.
No interest is incurred during these tuition installment payment plans.
