Since 1996 ALU has provided online degree programs for working adults around the world. ALU has extended online learning to the military and encourages you to take time to talk to one of our military Admissions Representatives regarding how ALU can assist you with your career or personal educational goals, via Navy correspondence course options and other Navy online education programs.

Navy Tuition Assistance
All enlisted Navy personnel, reservists or officers may be eligible for educational funding through military tuition assistance (TA). Your military TA could cover 100% of your tuition costs when you enroll at Abraham Lincoln University for Navy college courses. Currently the Navy tuition assistance program pays for up to $4,000 per year in tuition costs, not to exceed $250 per semester credit or $166 per quarter credit. ALU makes education affordable through the use of your Navy college enrollment funding you earn while on active duty. Navy Education Enrollment Process at ALU

One of the easiest ways to utilize your Navy education benefits is to allow one of our trained Admissions Representatives to walk you through the entire process. Once you have applied for admission into ALU and been accepted, we will provide you with the proper paperwork so you can start the process of using your Navy TA education benefits.

Requesting your SMART Transcripts for your Navy Education Program

To receive your official copy of SMART, you can download the SMART request form at https://smart.navy.mil/request.pdf . Once you fill out the information, you’ll need to mail or fax it to the address provided on the form. ALU will evaluate any credits you were given from previous training or at other accredited universities to see which of those credits may be applied toward your degree program at ALU.
