Since 1996 ALU has provided online degree programs for working adults around the world. ALU has extended online learning to the military and encourages you to take time to talk to one of our military Admissions Representatives regarding how ALU can assist you with your career or personal educational goals.
Abraham Lincoln University’s online learning course delivery and academic support model allows those serving in the U.S. military to enjoy a quality education from thousands of miles away. Just because you may be stationed across the world doesn’t mean you can’t work toward your own personal educational goals of receiving your degree. ALU realizes that you don’t have time to sit down and study your courses for consecutive hours or have the ability to visit a campus on a set scheduled time and day of the week. That is why ALU’s Air Force online education programs may be an ideal fit for your education needs. Learn more about Air Force education training, taking Air Force college courses, or how to take an Air Force correspondence course with ALU today.
Air Force Tuition Assistance
If you are currently on active duty in the Air Force and have more than 120 consecutive days of active duty service, or in the Air Force Reserve and have more than 2 years of service, you may be eligible for Air Force tuition assistance funding at Abraham Lincoln University. ALU makes education affordable through the use of available Air Force college enrollment you earn while on active duty. Contact ALU today to learn about additional scholarship opportunities that can be applied toward your tuition amount. The Air Force tuition assistance program offered by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) may provide up to 100% of your tuition costs, not exceeding $4,500 per year or $250 per credit semester hour or $166 per quarter credit.
Air Force Education Enrollment Process
We are happy to learn that you are considering ALU for your educational needs. Starting the process with ALU is easy. The first step is to call ALU at (866) 558-0999 and speak to one of our trained and friendly Admissions Representative to discuss your educational goals.
Requesting your Air Force Transcripts
We recommend that you request your official Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) Transcripts prior to starting the enrollment process with ALU. The main reason is this process can take several weeks, especially if you request the transcripts by mail. To speed up the process, you may also visit your local Air Force Education Center and request your transcripts in person. By mail, please send a letter that includes your name, address and social security number to the following address:
