Senior Software Engineer - Real-Time Voice Technology
We are seeking a senior-level software engineer to join our development team. This position will have the opportunity to participate the development of a real-time video conferencing application.
Skills:
- Must be fluent in C/C++ programming under Win32 or Unix/Linux environment.
- In-depth knowledge in Object-Oriented Design methodologies, and experience in Design Patterns and STL.
- Experience in multi-threaded application developments.
- In-depth knowledge in voice coding standards (e.g. G.722, G.723, G.729, speex, or iLBC, etc.) or conventional digital audio coding standards (e.g. MP3).
- Experience in data compression algorithms in general.
- Experience in error-recovery and error-concealment technologies.
- Experience in audio input/output device handling under Win32 environment.
- The ability to write clean and manageable codes.
Education and Work Experience:
- B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related field, and 5-8 years professional experience.
- An advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) is a plus.

Senior Software Engineer - Real-Time Protocols
We are seeking a senior-level software engineer to join our development team. This position will have the opportunity to participate the development of a real-time video conferencing application.
Skills:
- Must be fluent in C/C++ programming under Win32 or Unix/Linux environment.
- In-depth knowledge in Object-Oriented Design methodologies, and experience in Design Patterns and STL.
- Experience in multi-threaded application developments.
- In-depth knowledge in TCP and UDP protocol and sock programming (either in Win32 or Unix/Linux).
- Knowledge in real-time protocols used for media streaming (e.g. RTP/RTCP, RTSP, MMS, etc.)
- Knowledge in multimedia container formats (e.g. Avi, Asf, Flash video, Mov, Ogg, etc.) will be a plus.
- Experience in peer-to-peer (P2P) application development will be a plus.
- Experience in signaling protocols (e.g. SIP, H.232, etc.) will be a plus.
- The ability to write clean and manageable codes.
Education and Work Experience:
- B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related field, and 5-8 years professional experience.
- An advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) is a plus.

Entry-Level Software Engineer - Web Development
We are seeking an entry-level software engineer to join our development team. This position will have the opportunity to participate across the full project lifecycle of our e-learning platform.
Skills:
- Must be fluent in PHP/ASP.
- Must be fluent in HTML/CSS and Javascript.
- In-depth knowledge in relational database design and must be fluent in SQL.
- In-depth knowledge of MySQL/MS-SQL administration.
- Experience of Ajax application development is a strong plus.

Technical Support Engineer
We are seeking an entry-level support engineer to join our development team. This position will have the opportunity to participate a variety of hardware/software maintenance, technical support, and user assistance.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- In-depth knowledge of installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows operating system.
- Experience of video/audio recording and editing.
- Basic knowledge of HTML syntax.
- Experience of multimedia broadcasting or contents authoring is a strong plus.
- The ability of tackling non-trivial technical problems.
