How to order your textbooks online
Order your textbook in time to meet your start date
Many of ALU's textbooks are available as eBooks. An eBook is an electronic or digital version of the text. Access to an eBook is immediate upon completion of the ordering process. You can download the eBook to any reading device with internet capability, such as Nook, Kindle Fire, or iPad.
Printed textbooks are typically shipped by ground and may take 5 to 7 days to arrive. To ensure that you have the book on your course start date, please order as soon as you receive notice that you are enrolled in your course.

Returns policy and instructions
If you have a change of plans after ordering and receiving a book you no longer need, you may be able to return it. To qualify for a refund, customers must return items to ED MAP within thirty days of the date they were shipped. The Return Form is on the back of the Packing Slip sent with your book(s).
Note: Some items in an order may be fulfilled by an ED MAP partner who may have a different returns policy. Items fulfilled by A Book Company, LLC, are subject to a 10% restocking fee and shipping is nonrefundable. To return any purchased books fulfilled by A Book Company, LLC, follow the rental returns process detailed in a separate help article and be sure that your book will be received by them within 30 days of its original shipment date. To return a rental book for a refund, it must be received by them within 15 days of its original shipment date.
