If all you need for a career in law enforcement is a diploma in Criminal Justice, you can stop there, but if you’d prefer to move your way up, you may continue on to the associate and even the bachelor’s degree programs, with the diploma program serving as the first year of study.

This can also occur with the paralegal studies track, with diploma, associate and bachelor’s programs all complementary. Paralegal and legal studies can also prepare students well for the School of Law Juris Doctor program as well.
